Q1: Why should I use virgin hair extension? 

A: All human hair has a cuticle layer which can keeps the hair shiny and polished. The cuticle layer can be damaged during processions, namely, hair tangle and shedding will happen. But, The unprocessed virgin hair won’t have the problem. Our virgin hair has the high quality and can last long time. 

Q2: How much hair do I need? 

A: For average head size, we suggest 12”-14”: 3bundles

 Q3: Why my hair extensions getting tangled?  

A:It could be caused by dryness, oil&dirt buid-up,  salt water,  chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) your hair daily.  Washing & condition your hair around once or twice a week is suggested. You could go for consulting with your stylist. 

 Q4: Can they be straightened, curled? 

A: Yes, you can straighten or curl your hair.

But, don’ do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily getting dry and tangled.

Q5: Can I dye and Iron the hair? 

A: it is Virgin hair extension, so, you can dye and Iron it. 

But, please don’t exceed 150℃,or the hair will be damaged. 

Q6: Why do my shipments get delayed sometimes? 

A: The below reasons cause the delay of shipments:
