1. Logistics express selection

The company cooperates with various courier companies. The default is Best Zhongtong Express. For other couriers, please leave a note on the order. Shipping logistics services can be provided for more than 500 yuan!

2. Delivery time

Express delivery: Customers who place an order before 2:00 pm on the same day can deliver the goods, and customers after 2:00 will deliver the goods the next day. For urgent orders, please contact customer service for priority arrangement.

Logistics: Orders before 12 noon on the same day can be shipped. Orders in the afternoon will be shipped the next day.

Note: Due to the wide variety of products, out-of-stock phenomena are inevitable. Please understand the inconvenience caused to customers. If the customer's product is lower than 30%, we will not notify the customer to send the existing product. The rest of the out-of-stock products are in

3. Out of stock

After receiving the product, the customer should immediately check whether the product is consistent with that on the order. If there is any inconsistency, please contact our customer service on the same day. If it exceeds 3 days, the company will deal with it at its discretion according to the situation.

4. Return and exchange.

Within one week of receiving the goods, customers can return and exchange the goods for free, and the round-trip freight will be borne by themselves. Customers over one week will deduct a 10% discount fee without affecting the second sale. 30% discount fee will be deducted for more than one month.

Note: Regarding out of stock. If it is different from what is on our delivery order, we will carefully check each distribution link. If the situation is true, we will double compensate if it is not caused by a third party. If there is any dishonesty, we will consider whether to cooperate again.
